Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the original items, including all designer tags and packaging, into the shipping box and securely seal it to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off the Package
Affix the prepaid label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
